Subject: Text of letter from Bangladesh Foreign Minister

Following is the text of letter dated August 25 from Bangladesh For­eign Minister to Qaiyum cited reftel:

" My dear Qayyum Bhai,

Since about three weeks I requested you to go ahead. I am glad you have been keeping me informed. The speedy development is forcing me to take a decision. I believe, you will kindly ap­preciate the essence of time factor.

 

Please do give me the latest position on which future course will depend.

This is extremely urgent.
